When the video started, she had already been pulled from the flight. Most of her "attitude" was not captured on the video. Not shocking considering that she was the one making the video. But we have no idea what happened before the video. I embrace the idea of holding those in power accountable for their actions. I embrace that too. But i refuse to tie authority's hands behind their back, because some hippies decide that it's their place to "Question authority" everywhere they go. Questioning authority is fine. But making a scene, and being an asshole, JUST to demonstrate that you don't respect them is not.

It most certainly is "here or there". TSA agents are trained, professionals. They are to be held to a higher standard. Well, this is where we disagree. And fortunately for the Agent, there is no law against being disagreeable. In my view, you don't get to be a jerk, and then try to get someone in trouble for responding to you in the same way.

Of course, not everyone who argues with authorities, is a hippie. If that's the way you're going to try and win the argument, by picking at semantics, then lets not waste our time, okay?

Probably not, thank god. But this video, was clearly designed to cause the TSA some flack. And usually when people post stuff like this, they are trying to send the message that they think the cop/agent/etc. should be in trouble with the law.

What did you see in that video that makes her out to be a jerk? -Questioning something that EVERYBODY has to go through, therefore holding up the lines and inconveniencing everyone else. -Assuming that she knew what was in the agents mind or heart, when she immediately began accusing him of "Retaliating" against her. -Making some dumb video of herself being a jerk to a TSA agent and then posting it on youtube to brag about how hardcore she is for "Sticking it to the man".

Nobody wins and nobody loses. Just differing observations on the same situation.

I figured you would understand what I meant, but I will try to be more clear and precisely accurate next time.
